Do you deliver and pick up the port a potty?

Yes. This important service is included in our pricing

How do you dispose of the waste from the portable toilet?

We transfer the waste from the portable toilet to one of our truck tanks on-site, and then dispose of the waste at the city's waste water lagoon.

How much notice is required to book a portable toilet?

We’d prefer as much notice as possible; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and demands at any time.

How do I pay for my port a potty rental?

Industry & long-terms customers have up to 30 days to pay with PO and active c/c# on file.

Payment is now accepted by credit card or e-transfer as well as cash or cheque. Weekend delivery is not included; Delivery and pickup charges depend on location.

Do the toilets come with supplies?

Certainly! Everything you need to use it is included

How do you get the toilets to our location?

Large trucks like F550s are utilized. Please exercise caution when assigning delivery and pickup locations due to their substantial weight.

Can I cancel last minute?

Please note that a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to charges.

Do I need to be there when you drop off or pick up?

Nope! As long as we have clear directions on where you want the portable toilet, no one needs to be present (unless payment is by cash, in which case someone will need to be there unless alternative arrangements have been made).

What happens if I move the toilet myself to a different location?

Our units must be emptied first before staff can relocate them, and they need to be within 30 feet of our truck. Additional costs may apply if multiple staff members are required to move the toilet.

Do the toilets come with lights?

Unfortunately, not at this time. However, we suggest using inexpensive lights from a dollar store or placing the toilet under existing lighting for illumination.

Do I need to clean the toilet myself afterward?

Generally, no. However, you might be asked to clean it if it has been filled with contaminants (refer to the contract for details). There will be a charge for removing unauthorized items from the units.

Can you move the toilet from my wedding ceremony to my reception on a weekend?

Please consult our operations manager regarding this matter. It depends on timeframes and employee schedules.

Can you pick up the toilet on a statutory holiday?

Absolutely, we can accommodate that request, although there will be an extra cost involved.

Can we choose from different colors?

Yes, we offer a wide array of options including pink, purple, dark green, bright blue, gray, teal, orange, and red.

If I have an emergency in the middle of the night, will you deliver a toilet?

Yes, we can arrange for delivery, but there will be an additional cost for emergency service.

If I cant wait for a delivery of a toilet what can I do if we have no where to go?

If you can't wait for a toilet delivery and have nowhere else to go, I recommend using a 5-gallon pail with a lid as a temporary solution. We will empty the pail at no extra cost until we can drop off a unit.

What if I call at 5 pm and need a toilet?

Certainly, we can arrange for delivery, but please note there will be an additional cost for the service.
